Garage Walls - OSB or Plasterboard

Another query on stud walls in a garage. Stud walls are built, insulation will soon be in. What should I cover the walls with? OSB or plasterboard?

I can see benefits and drawbacks to both. Would be great to get some thoughts from people who know far more than me
 
OSB more durable, and easier to put screws in to hang all your tools on.
I think it looks cool too
