Garden Building Floor Insulation

Hi All, I am looking to insulate the floor of my timber garden building which will have a floating floor. I was looking to insulate this with 100mm celotex boards. While looking for prices/suppliers I came across the Jablite Polyboard. This appears to be a cheaper option but wonder if members can advise as to whether the Jablite board will be as good as the Celotex.
