Garden gate - Lock from both sides, Possible?

Hi guys, built a garden gate, now this is at the bottom of the garden and on the other side is the garage. Now is there a lock that will lock from both sides without using a key of some sort. The gate is only 1.5" thick. Anyone got any ideas how to get around this problem.

But it need to be secure, so really need keys then
