garden hose to 15mm plastic pipe connector

hi i am setting up a piped system for fish tank water changes.
i am after a connector between a 15mm plastic pipe and a garden hose.
Does such a think exist?

I find that most garden hoses can be persuaded to push over a 15mm pipe directly. Softening the hose in a mug of hot water is often necessary.
