Garden Hose - What Parts To Buy

Hi,

I have a blue water pipe running from the house the the garage where I want to put a tap for a hose. At the house end there is a tap I want to connect the blue water pipe to. I think its standard 25mm blue our door water pipe.

So, what parts do I need connect the blue water pipe to the existing tap by the house and what parts to I need to connect it to a wall on the garage with a tap?
