Garden law discussion forum closed?

Does anyone here know what has happened to the gardenlaw forum?
The website appears to be closed, and there is no message of explanation.

Could be temporary? Hosted with Heart Internet, who were having some issues yesterday - our company site was down for a while.
Although, could be gone completely now...

no idea really!
