Hi im getting the garden patio relaid and want to put in an LED border around the edges of new slabs- about 65meters. I have a power source internally where i can power the LEDs, but wanted to see if there are any recommendations/brands to avoid, whether i need waterproof channels or if some LEDs come waterproof as ive seen some silicon type ones?

Also what drivers i need and how many? Ideally i want to use 1 power source only so hoping that will suffice.

Remote control would be great as well.

Thanks in advance.

Google "rope led lights" and research the things you need for the instalation. The choice is large.

Lights in a garden aren't a good idea: they disturb urban wildlife and contribute to light pollution.

I tend to agree but more because they are soon forgotten and become unused. But each to their own.

Aye, there's that but surburban folk generally light their gardens like a fizzin' xmas tree, rather than a singular mood light to enhance a particular spot.
