Nope. I've had to go terminate the SWA at a socket, and then plug the transformer into that
Ok - so why would you "prefer the (replacement) unit to come with sheathed cable"?

Two 1.5mm wires aren't going to go through my waterproof gland, if they're in a rubber sheath then it'll seal. A design like this wont work:
