I'm not familiar with UK rules but insurance can't stipulate something like that.
They can only insist on certification etc. as that's verifiable

The definition of electrician means near impossible to say some one who has done the work is not an electrician.
That is why I said scheme member, I trained to level 5, but have never been a scheme member.
