Garden Relandscaping Project - Help

I'm planning to relandscape my garden, it is a garden which is sloped upwards. The ground level outside the patio doors is about 650mm lower than the highest part of the garden (3/4 the length).

I'm looking to lay porcelain patio to the immediate exterior, 150mm below DPC. Then either sleepers or block rendered wall with steps to a flat lawn with a further patio to the rear of the garden.

Fencing also needs to be done too.

I have redone fencing, patio and returfed in my last home, but it was a while ago!

First of all, where would you start? fencing, patio?

If doing the fencing would involve moving men and materials across your pristine new patio, do the patio last.
