Garden shed windows - best besides glass

My shed plastic window glass are in need of replacement.

The existing sheets have yellowed as they are south facing.

Any suggestions of what would be the next best besides glass, its just used for storage and starting seeds in Spring.

Polycarbonate sheets are probably the best here - if you can get UV stabilised material, so much the better.
