Toughened glass for shed

Hi,
I've got a very annoying kid living next door who likes kicking a football around his garden with the occasional miss kick into my garden. I've got a large shed with four windows that I would like to increase the glass strength. Any suggestions for really tough glass ? Guessing it needs to about 4mm but might be 6mm. Glass size is 2' square.

assuming its occasional use a sacraficial shutter or sheet over the window but not touching
or maybe some green strawberry netting loosely fixed away from the shed

The cost of replacement glass will be large, a wooden frame that offsets the mesh, either net or wire, will be far cheaper you need to take the energy out of the ball before it hits the glass. I'd use square wire mesh

If the kid breaks the glass, get his parent to stump up
