I'm building some steps in my garden on top of a concrete footing, using concrete blocks and with stone slabs for treads, the concrete blocks will ultimately be rendered.
My concern is how any water that finds its way into the structure will be able to drain. Presumably I need some sort of drainage along the bottom, maybe some weep vents?
