Hi I recently built a wall but it is slightly of horizontal on the face and leaning back

Is it possible just to but mortar and mush on wall till it is straight

Yeah, just tip several bucket-loads of 1:3 on it and smear it over with a shovel and it should look fine.

I meant mesh wire to stop morter falling of when applying is that right

It is not just a skim it needs

It needs 20cm filling to make it look horizontal

If you mean to make it look vertical (not horizontal) you could do it with expanded metal, but how would you fix the mesh to the wall?
And it would probably need to be done in two or three feathered coats to get it right.

20cm off vertical means its almost toppling over!

20 cm in old money is eight inches!!!!

How high is the wall? If its adjacent to a public highway or another property then you need to get it down now!

hello again I am still deciding the best way to correct the slanting wall to make it horizotal as u see from photo I did bo use a spirit level in sime parts when building wall so it is slanted in some parts

I was thinking of putting chicken wire on wall and rendering on top till it is straight

Plant some ivy in there, wont be long till you wont see the wall.

Seriously it would be quicker and cheaper rebuilding it.
