Gas cooker flame colour

If anyone could check the pics above to advise please. As far back as i can remember my gas cooker has had a slightly orange tinge around the burner when its turned up to maximum. Its an old Ambar cooker. But should it be like this or could it be a co2 risk? thanks
 
CO2 is rarely a risk unless your an environmental activist. You mean CO.

Take the top off the burners and clean all the rubbish out from underneath.
