hi friend i want to know exactly when a cooker with no stability chain or bracket on it , how do u categorise it
NCS-not to current standard
AR-at risk
ID-immediate dangerous
 
Probably NCS unless you think its likely to fall over!

Or AR if you think it is likely to fall over!

Or ID if its already falling over.

All a bit silly with the range type cookers which you cannot even tip without someone else to help!
