Gas fire on stud wall

Just moved in to a new house with stud walls and no flue or chimney. I want a gas fire and have been reading about side vent fires, we have a gas outlet already. Can anyone advise on the rough cost of installing, extraction and ducting. The fire will be about 3m from an outside wall.

Suppose some one on here said it should cost no more than £xxxx, and it doesn't, what are you going to do about it? Complain that some one you dont know on a forum said it will only be £xxxx, there for he is ripping you off.

Best get a quote or two, by having people look at the job, then you will know for sure.
