gas fire without isolation valve

if a gas fire such as a inset live affect fire and a decrotive fuel effect fire has no isolation valve on should these be classed as at risk or sub standard

according to GSI regs you only have to put an isolation valve where it is practicable to do so.

so definatley not AR and probably not NCS
