Hi guys installing new gas oven and hood, one question though, do the electics for the sparks need to remain seperate, the instructions arent very useful . The hob has a 0.75mm2 flex and the oven has a 1.5mm2 flex. I will be wiring these to plugs (this is the best option availible to me) I was thinking the hob should be on a 3amp and the cooker on a 13amp. I dont have the ratings in front of me 
13amp sounds alot I think for just an ignition spark.
