A number of factors would have to be considered

What it is power rating (in watts) of the new hob?
What it is power rating (in watts) of the new oven?

What is cross sectional area of the cable supplying the hob and oven

How is the cable routed to the oven/hob - does it go through any insulation etc

Perhaps you should get an electricain in to quote you and make sure it will be safe.
