@Madrab update - GSR engineer been round repeated tight test , all good, Also no leaks on pipes and joints inside and outside of casing detected but gas was from the gas valve area below casing when boiler fires up. New gas valve ordered and will be fitted this week . Said boiler in good condition overall for 25 years old!! Let’s hoped that’s sorted now.
