Gas stove flue

Hello all

I have a small gas cast iron wood burner type stove, about 2kw installed in front of a fireplace with a 45 degree elbow into the chimney. The chimney is in good condition.

The property is single storey so most of the stack is in the loft cavity.

Would this comply with regulations, it has been there for 10 years I would guess.
