Gasket Basket Case

I'm trying to replace the gasket on my doors and windows which were installed god knows how long before we moved in...

There are no markings on the glass or frames other than "B31 078". They have Ferco mechanisms and tilt and turn.

I sent some of the failed gasket off to a local company and they couldn't offer a suitable replacement...I have spent hours looking on the a web and cant find anything.

I've attached a profile pic of the seal. If anybody out there can point me in the direction of suitable replacement I'll buy them a pint.
