I'll start by saying I am not qualified so will not be attempting a repair myself. I am however a nosey engineer so quite keen to understand what the problem is.
Background: Gas stove (model 8613) which gets fairly infrequent use. Pilot light works fine but when the main burner is switched on, the flow is either zero or next to zero from it. I'm not exactly sure how the gas valve works so not sure where the flow is being limited and why. There is a flow safe or flow sure device in the flue which is wired into the same location (interrupter block) as the thermocouple.
Anyway, as I said at the start I'll get somebody in to fix it but curious as to what they will be up to.... Any ideas?
