Geberit Flush Plates

Hi

I'm looking to get a new wall hung toilet and really like the Geberit flush plates (Kappa 50 specifically). Can it be used with any frame & cistern or will it only fit the Geberit models (as they are more expensive than others I've seen).

Any advice or alternative brands would be much appreciated

Worth the extra. Geberits I've fitted give you wall clip to support flush pipe and built in water isolator, handy for repairs.
