general cleaning of ceramic floor tiles

Hi Folks,

have a bathroom with nice charcoal ceramic floor tiles laid. It looks well apart from when I clean them (hot water and clean cloths) parts dry a whitish/greyish colour - it looks bad.

any tips for cleaning to get that new look? I would buy a specialist BAL cleaner if I thought it would work. and any tips for cleaning grey grout to keep as new?

try a lithofin power clean, its for natural stone but will easy clean ceramic, giving a nice clean look
