Hi,
Before I take it any further with the supplier would this glass be acceptable to you. All the lines and patterns are inside the glass. There's a bright line down the centre, diagonal lines. And something that looks like a dragons head..

Cheers John..

That's what I thought. I got told to take pictures in no sunlight, 3m away at 90 degree angles to see if it passed the guide lines. To me it stands out like a sore thumb. I can see it from 12m away looking straight at it.

looking at those , they look like Planitherm Low E units and the Planitherm surface has been damaged prior to production. Planitherm is a ' soft coat ' and if handled/cleaned wrong then marks very easily.

The main issue you have is that your supplier is obviously quoting GGF guidelines, to be quoting 3mtrs away , not in direct sunlight ...but that is only for Toughened glass , and at the end of the day , if we had units supplied to us like that from a supplier , we would reject them

The glass is in bi-fold doors, it looks as though the inbuilt blinds has created the straight down the centre of the glass.

John..

If you can line those marks up with part of the blind rubbing , then your supplier needs to replace them , as that is just not acceptable in my eyes
