Glo Worm 30 sxi - heating ok but no hot water

Hi folks,

would appreciate any guidance with this problem please. We have a Glo Worm 30 sxi (Combi System) boiler. The heating works perfect, but the hot water isnt working.

The boiler doesnt kick in when the timer selects hot water ON or even when selected manually to ON.

Any ideas?

It's most likely that your motorised diverter valve or valves are the problem. Do you have a single 3-port valve, or a pair of 2-ports?

thanks for pointing me in the right direction. it was the motorised valves, well one of them anyway. getting fixed later today. really appreciate your help.
