Gloss paint remover

Hi All
I have had a new composite door fitted but its set back from where the old one was and as such there is gloss paint around the door frame on the brickwork . Question is what do i use to get it off please

you can try to sand or scrape it off but sometimes it is easier to "dye" the bricks.

Sika make powders that you mix with PVA and water to match the brick colour (you may however need to mix more than one colour depending on the brick colour).
