glow worm 100e lockout light

fitted new towel rad had to drain system.
now after bleeding system the lockout light comes on.
the boiler tries to start but the ignitor not working.
have not touched boiler so it should not be a problem.
could there be an air lock or something like.

Auto air valve, check cap is cracked open, prob on top of pump body.

there is a cap on top of boiler that plugs a pipe but that looks ok
