I have a boiler issue with my Glow Work 18sxi. It keeps experiencing a low pressure failure (pressure drops to 0.6 bar).
At worst it will need topping up daily via the filler loop. Most often it will cut out at night leading to no CW nor HW in the morning.
Strangely it has currently lasted 2 days at 0.9 bar and now shows 1.1 bar?!!
Recently the main circuit board was replaced (2nd one since new - boiler is about 10 years old).
At the last service I was told about sludge in the system however I had all radiators replaced 2 years ago following a house fire and had not had any ‘sludge’ issues previously. My boiler insurance has written to me saying they will not cover powerflushing so any second opinions on what may be wrong would be most appreciated.
