glow worm 30 cxi fan problem

After turning the hot water off
The fan has started to surge high low high low etc like a pulsing..
It's not thrown any codes yet
But want to try and avoid a boiler break down.
Any ideas chaps..

You may have a plate heat exchanger blockage. This is something you can check yourself. Instructions are in the manual.

it does appear to be the heat exchanger blocked
can this be cleaned when removed
Or is it best to replace it
Been in 9 years first thing to go
Can't really complain..

You can certainly remove the PHE and flush it through. Again, instructions for this are in the manual.

Turns out its the pcb
Not sure weather to replace it or just scrap it
As its 9 year old
