Glow-worm 38cxi safety discharge valve

Have a Glow-worm 38cxi combi boiler fitted in the house I moved in, is it normal to have continous flow of water from the Safety Discharge valve, if not what is the problem, boiler is less than 2 years old.

In that case the PRV needs replacing!

Either its dirty or some idiot has used it to drain water out of the system.

are you sure its the prv and not the condensate pipe. i have seen many just left sticking out of the wall like an overflow
