There is no filling loop built into the boiler.
Look for it between the cold main and the central heating pipe.
Stainless steel flexi hose with one or two taps.
Might be under boiler. Might be airing cupboard where tank used to be.

lockshield valves all open about 1.5 turns. run the system.
any ones that are cold open up half a turn.
Any ones that are hot turn down quarter of a turn.
repeat until they are all getting hot.
