Glow worm betacom 24c flame sensing issue

Hi all, I was wondering if anybody could provide me with some experienced knowledge on this boiler as its the first time I've come across one.

The problem - burner fires up but electrodes keep clicking and boiler locks out on flame failure. I have replaced the flame sensor today and it hasn't worked, so now I'm assuming its the pcb? Unfortunately not been able to get in touch with technical as they are closed. I did notice a connected wire going to the condense trap which I have checked and its not blocked.

Also does anybody know how I can use my multimeter to check in future if its an fsd fault or pcb?
