Hi i have a Glowworm betacom 24 boiler which is located 3 meter's away from bathroom the hw is only running hand hot down to luke warm and back again the pressure gauge is on 3, could this be the diverter valve or could it be somthing else, if it is the diverter valve do i have to drain the system to fit or not, any sugestions welcome Andy
