Glow Worm Central heating [24ci] - F2 error

firstly, apologies for seeking help rather than contributing something!

but as you know, without central heating survival is very difficult especially with old aged parents

GCH system, starts up as expected with green LED (light) & a humming sound, i can hear a tick sound when we turn the hot water taps.

While switching on Heating, the small LCD status panel shows temp, increases upto 18 degree, it waits for a while and shows F2 on LCD and LED turns to red.

BTW, model is 24ci

any help much appreciated

can't find the codes but what is the system pressure

should be 1.5 cold

That is a fairly unusual fault on your model.

Apart from checking that the flue terminal is not blocked, obstructed or damaged there is probably little that you can do yourself.

Pressure (is) was 1.2 bar since jan 2005 (i moved in)

Can you guys recommend a good & reliable technician in SE15/SE5 area (who does not rip off me) please?
