I've had this boiler for over 2 years now and recently turned the heating on after summer of inactivity. It started making a noise like an electric kettle boiling water. I've realized that the condensation water(I hope it is not coming from somewhere else) stays in a tray under the heat exchange and ,because it is hot over there, boils inside. It happens only when the CH is on, it does not happen when the hot water is on.
I've cleaned the condensation trap and checked the condensation pipe and this still happens. It looks as if the condensation water excess is not going into the condense trap. Looks like something may be blocked but I cannot find what and I hope it is just that not something seriously broken.
