What other controls is there . ie 2 motorised valves or one 3 port

Yes just wire in series with Heating on from programmer.

Now thats the reason i asked what existing controls.
You will need either an S plan pack or a Y plan pack .
That will include roomstat, cylinder stat and a programmer so HW and CH can be on seperatley or together,
They come with appropriate wiring diagrams
You will also need the boiler wiring instructions as it has to have a switched live and a permenant live as it has a pump over run on it.
And if the boiler has previously replaced an old servowarm system (they used manual valves) the pipework may need altered and pump moving etc
