MY Glow worm 30cxi is leaking water from the front of the heat exchanger. This is happening when the boiler is firing up and reaching operating temperature, then it stops. I am also seeing dripping from the end of the external pressure release pipe. So at the moment I am having to re pressurise the boiler each morning. Has anyone any experience with this problem and this boiler?

Thanks
Brian

Sounds like 2 seperate problems.

1, condensate backing up and coming out of front off heat exchanger

2, poss expansion vessel fault( have changed a few bust ones lately)

The burner door seal needs changing from the silicon type to a graphite type only corgi territory i'm afraid
