Glow Worm Space Saver Mk11

Hi,
I have a Glow Worm Space Saver Mk2 boiler with a analogue (clock type) timer to turn the boiler on or off. It can only be set twice per day, and you cannot specifiy HW or CH.

Can I upgrade the control to just have HW or CH, and timer, so it comes on at certain times of the day, different at weekends etc?

Post photos of your timer,boiler,pipe arrangement adjacent to your cylinder need to see pump,motorised valve, room thermostat, its just so we can view your existing controls and advise going forward.
