Glow Worm Ultimate 120 Boiler Neon indicators

on my Glow Worm ultimate 120 only Neon one is lit. The troubleshooting guide tells me that if Neon 2 is unlit the overheat device has tripped. The fan is running fine but the boiler wont ignite. Can anyone help?

ps. i have two feet of snow and -5 outside - and its sunday!
 
when i switchthe boiler to max, neon 1, 2 and 3 are lit but not neon 4. there is no spark at the electronic ignition and the troubeshooter says to check lead continutity and inspect electrode - not sure how to do that.
