Glow worm Ultracom 24cxi

Hi guys,
I hope you can help with a problem on above boiler.

It is 6 months old and comes up with fault codes 1 and 4.

It then needs resetting.

Gas board and gas engineers say there is nothing wrong with gas flow or boiler.

However, there is a intermitant fault which can happen after 5 mins or hours or a day and it has to be reset every time.

Is there a common fault with this boiler and if so a fix.

If your getting fault codes F1 and F4 then clearly something isn't right. If it was installed by BG as I suspect then I suggest you get them back to sort it.
They need to be doing basic checks, gas rate, inlet working pressure, CO2 adjustments. If they can't fix it then they need to call Glowworm under the warranty.
There's no common fault I'm aware of on this boiler, its all proven technology.
