whose sizes are between single and double. One bath and one en-suite.

Has it been explained exactly what you are buying?
Its a combi boiler with a 100 li storage!
It will produce a lot of water very quickly but then the flow rate will reduce to the basic combi output of 12.5 litres per minute.
As long as you are not going to want to fill two film star baths at the same time then it will probably be fine for you.
The CH output is 24 kW which is a lot more than you will actually need. For much of the year that may be cycling rather unnecessarily. Unfortunately thats one of the problems of a large combi specced for hot water output.
In my own house I would fit a 300 litre cylinder and a 15 kW or 18 kW heat only boiler. Hardware cost about £1500.
