Viessmann do but their support is pony.
WB do something similar but much smaller store.
ATAG do a Solar version which is the dogs danglies but its hideously expensive
Personally I would go with separate boiler and cylinder as not much price difference if you have the room anyway, and better for maintenance.
If you stick with this type of thing, I personally would go with the Glowworm
