been asked to look at the above, combi I have no details on this boiler neither does the owner, problem is the display does not change boiler does not operate for hot water or heating,pressure show as 1.2 bar, gas is present all dials to max any ideas?? I think its pcb related as switchlive wouldnt affect hot water. any ideas would be welcome before I go over there

Is the pump running?, does the fan run? I'd look at these before going straight to the PCB.

Are you qualified/ GSR to be asked to look at a boiler if so CC

What is happening ? what is the boiler doing etc
what are your electrical readings? across L/E N/E ? checked the fuses?

This should be in the CC?
