Boiler does not heat hot water anymore. I get an error message of F9. I have powered off on checked pressure. Heating works fine. Can hear a popping noise as well inside boiler. Hot water gets warm for two seconds then goes cold then warm and so on please help. Thanks.

check the thermistor / overheat stat or pcb (thats what the book says )
