glowworm 38 cxi c\h is ok only warm water

can any one give me a clue c\h works ok but can only get warm water

are you getting any fault codes on the display?

sometimes get fault code f1 but water was still hot then now just warm. flow rate is about 12 ltr per min,no rads get hot when hot water is running

Diverter valve is kanckered

F1 is ignition failure.

Has it been serviced recently?

no last time was last year but had this f1 problem since it was installed it can go months with out going to fail

I wonder why it hasn't been fixed under warranty? Even glow worm have a 1 year parts and labour warranty.

If you buy one from me you get a full 3 years parts and labour warranty on Glow worm 'A' rated boilers

we have had glowworm out to it but we were not there when he came because the house was been renavated only been living in the house 10 months
