Glowworm spacesaver 50 parts wanted

Can anyone point me in the right direction towards a Glowworm spacesaver 50 balanced flue terminal part no M5290.

Mine has fallen apart and I cannot find a replacement.

Even a second hand one that is in a useable condition would do.

I live near Camberely in Surrey and work near Kingston in Surrey.
