I have some engineered flooring here i want to lay, checking the website it suggests i should be using D3 Glue for the tongue n grove joints.

I don't see any D3 at screwfix i see D3 is specified as Waterproof - Can i use Gorilla Glue or Evo Stick water resistant?

I would not use any glue at all. If you ever need to take the floor up for any reason you will be in trouble. I fitted engineered wood to my hall a few years ago with no glue (the supplier did not suggest doing so) and one does not glue laminate does one which is a similar idea. Actually a plumber needed to get under my floor a couple of years after I had fitted it and of course it was quite easy to take up.
